The Role We're hiring a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to execute paid acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of Roveir and Roveia Health client accounts. This is not an internship. You've already run ads — on Meta, Google, or both — and you know your way around a campaign. You understand campaign structure, audiences, bidding, and what it means to optimize toward a goal. You'll work closely with Performance Marketing Leads, taking ownership of campaign execution, daily monitoring, and reporting across real client accounts. You're expected to contribute, not just assist. Strong performers have a clear path into a full Performance Marketing Lead role within 12–18 months.
