Leading collaborative work sessions, synthesizing output, and presenting confidently internally and externally. Overseeing timelines and guiding multiple projects and departments. Interpreting RFPs and delegating tasks effectively. Continuously seeking process efficiencies. You'll Need to Have: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of agency/in-house experience in marketing strategy, creative accounts, or influencer marketing (2-3 years specifically in influencer marketing preferred). Experience developing creative strategies for RFPs/pitches and coordinating/ideating strategic campaigns across internal/client/partner teams. 2+ years of team and project management experience. Proven ability to conduct quantitative/qualitative research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies across various digital channels (omnichannel experience preferred).
