About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Franchise Marketing Coach to join our team in Burnaby, BC. In this role, you’ll be the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of franchisees - advising them on local strategies, helping execute campaigns, and ensuring performance goals are met. Internal Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Marketing Director on franchisee performance, satisfaction, and key trends or issues. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in account management, digital marketing, or a client-facing role. Background in franchising, home services, or multi-location businesses is a strong plus. Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of digital channels including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and CRM platforms. Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present marketing plans and performance insights clearly and confidently.
