Description Summary This position is part of the Summer Internship Program, which is scheduled to run from, Wednesday, May 27th through Friday, July 31st, potentially extending through mid-August based on the decision of the hiring manager and department. Candidates must be available for the full duration of the program to ensure a consistent and meaningful learning experience. The Marketing Intern in the Mortgage Department is responsible for assisting the marketing team in developing content and understanding data. Responsibilities Campaign Development- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting mortgage products, increasing brand awareness, increase social media following/audience, and generate business leads. Content Creation- Develop engaging and informative content for various social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and blog posts that highlight mortgage products, services, our team members, and our department’s community involvement. Social Media Management- Assist in managing the mortgage department’s social media accounts by monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages to foster community interaction. Market Research- Conduct research on current market trends and competitor activity in respect to social media activities and audience preferences to inform social media strategies and ensure content is relevant and appealing to target audience. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytic tools, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements based on engagement metrics and audience feedback. Requirements Qualifications: College undergraduate student studying Marketing or Communication with a special interest in content strategy and brand management. Willingness to learn and gain a general understanding of the mortgage industry and the various products and services we offer.
