Deine Aufgaben:

Du bist auf der Suche nach einer spannenden Herausforderung in einem dynamischen, funktionsübergreifenden Team? Dann werde Teil unseres internationalen Marketingteams und gestalte aktiv unsere Produkt- und Sortimentsstrategie für die Region Lateinamerika!

  • Analysiere Markttrends, Wettbewerber und die Performance unserer Marke, um zielgerichtete Sortiments- und Platzierungsstrategien zu entwickeln.
  • Setze die optimale Produktplatzierung mit 3D-Tools um und berate unsere Geschäftspartner in Sortimentsthemen.
  • Sei die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Global Marketing, Distributoren und Agenturen.
  • Arbeite eng mit dem globalen Produktmarketing zusammen und entwickle regionale Produkte – von der Farbauswahl bis zum Artwork-Design.
  • Kreiere ansprechende regionale POS-Lösungen wie Displays und Bodenständer.
  • Übernimm die fachliche Führung eines Regional Assortment Managers.
  • Freue Dich auf spannende Geschäftsreisen in die Region – etwa zwei Mal im Jahr.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, Marketing oder in der Produktentwicklung – idealerweise in der Kosmetikbranche
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis des internationalen Marktes für dekorative Kosmetik
  • Begeisterung für unterschiedliche Länder, Kulturen und regionale Besonderheiten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Gespür für Markttrends
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Teamgeist und Offenheit für Veränderungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Spanischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus
