▌ The RoleIn this role, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and support the day-to-day running of online marketing activity, keeping campaigns coordinated, content optimised and performance tracked.

  • Coordinate campaign asset briefs to the digital agency for paid social and PPC activity
  • Help design content plans for paid media, briefing the studio team on requirements
  • Relay agency briefs to internal copy and web teams, making sure deadlines are understood
  • Upload video content to YouTube for paid ads
  • Keep clear records of briefs issued, assets shared and sign-off status
  • Monitor affiliate programme activity and process monthly affiliate transactions
  • Manage affiliate partner communications and support onboarding of new partners
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports using GA4, paid media and affiliate platforms
  • Monitor keyword rankings and support metadata optimisation in the CMS
  • Respond to social comments and messages in brand tone, escalating sensitive queries
  • Support the Organic Social Lead with campaign administration and social partnerships
