Responsibilities: Provides leadership for global design and marketing functions across Asia Pacific, EMEA, Australia, Latin America, and Canada, overseeing and developing Marketing Directors and Design Managers across geographically dispersed regions. Ensures alignment between regional initiatives and overarching corporate objectives, while partnering with corporate marketing, product, and design teams to adapt enterprise initiatives to regional needs and drive global growth. Provide creative direction around materials, finishes, design concepts, and visual storytelling. Lead multidisciplinary design teams (2D, brand, digital) to deliver innovative, cohesive creative output. Translate global and regional design trends into strategic product positioning and integrated brand experiences. Leads global brand and marketing strategy. Elevate brand presence across diverse markets. Ensure brand messaging and visual identity remain consistent while adapting to regional needs.
