What we're looking for

We’re looking for a highly growth-minded paid social expert to own Meta and TikTok across our new Dental and Pet insurance verticals. Someone who gets equally excited about the numbers and the creative, and knows how to turn both into ads that make people stop scrolling and ultimately convert.

This is a key role in our growth team. You’ll be building this at Getsafe, not stepping into an established playbook. You’ll have full ownership to shape our paid social strategy, decide what and where to invest, and build the foundations for how we scale across two of our biggest growth verticals.

What you will do

• Drive customer growth across our Dental and Pet verticals by owning Meta and TikTok end-to-end – from strategy and budgets to optimization and creative testing. You’ll be directly accountable for CPO/CPA and acquisition volume.
• Build our paid social growth roadmap – defining where to invest, what to test, and how to prioritize campaigns, budgets, and creative to bring down acquisition costs and scale what works.
• Work closely with our Dental and Pet GMs to align budget, creative, and testing priorities across both verticals and focus on the biggest growth opportunities.
• Create and test ad creatives yourself, using AI to generate hooks, concepts, and variations quickly. Then work with our Growth Creative to turn the strongest performers into polished, scalable assets.
• Own UGC in partnership with our GMs – sourcing, briefing, and managing creators directly or through agency partners.
• Look beyond Meta and TikTok – testing and scaling channels like Reddit and YouTube to unlock the next source of growth.

What you bring

• You've owned Meta and TikTok end-to-end as paid social channels in a D2C or app-based business – and you have the numbers to prove it: CPA/CPO you've brought down and spend you've scaled profitably.
• You know that great performance sits at the intersection of data and creative. You pull your own insights from Meta Business Manager, Mixpanel, or similar tools and use them to make smarter budget, testing, and creative decisions.
• You're hands-on when it comes to creatives. You can produce ad creatives yourself and use AI to develop hooks, concepts, and variations quickly.
• You're driven by the challenge of making insurance feel simple and desirable – turning an explanation-heavy product into something people understand, want, and act on today.
• You're fluent in German and English – you'll be running campaigns and briefing creative for the German market day-to-day.
• You're based in Berlin and enjoy collaborating with your team onsite 3–4 days a week.
