ULI Toronto, the first Canadian District Council, has more than 2,200 members from across the real estate and land use sectors. The council fosters dialogue between private industry, public agencies, and environmental organizations to address local and regional challenges.
ULI Toronto is proud to be the most active District Council in ULI’s global network, delivering over 75 virtual and in-person programs annually, each averaging more than 150 participants. These efforts are supported by a small staff team and a committed network of industry volunteers
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a part of the district council team, the Associate is often the first point of contact for the organization, so it is imperative that they be courteous and professional. Strong candidates for this position will be highly organized, detail-oriented, effective multitaskers, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The Associate (Events and Marketing) is a full-time role within ULI Toronto’s District Council team and often serves as the first point of contact for the organization. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Reporting to the local Toronto staff, the Associate supports the planning and execution of programs and events led by the Program Committee, WLI (Women’s Leadership Initiative), and ULI Connect (Under 35). The Associate ensures committee activities align with ULI’s policies and contribute to the Council’s strategic objectives.
The salary for this position ranges from CAD $48,961 to CAD $53,245. Actual pay will be based on experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. This is part of ULI’s comprehensive compensation package, which includes competitive benefits.
