DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

  • Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe à l’élaboration de contenu destiné aux offres de services;
  • Contribuer aux recherches s’appliquant aux documents suivants : demandes de proposition (DDP), déclarations d’intérêt et demandes de qualifications (DDQ);
  • Gérer, dans les bases de données, l’information relative aux propositions/offres de services et à l’engagement des clients;
  • Recueillir et colliger l’information pertinente pour d’éventuels mandats;
  • Chercher et cibler, sur Internet, les opportunités de projets au sein des différents marchés;
  • Tenir à jour les informations de notre Système de gestion des relations-clients (CRM);
  • Contribuer à la préparation de toute documentation connexe;
  • Gérer les réservations des réunions, ainsi que la rédaction et la diffusion des procès-verbaux;
  • Aider à la coordination et à la préparation de séminaires, d’événements et de conférences.
