What you’ll be doing We are looking for a hands-on Brand Marketing Specialist – Creative & Scaling Systems to help scale Wolt’s marketing output while maintaining a high creative standard. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution, marketing operations, and scalable content systems, helping the team bring campaigns and always-on communication to life efficiently. Day-to-day in this role, you’ll: Lead the creative execution of always-on marketing communication across channels such as in-app placements, CRM, and promotional campaigns. Develop creative templates, toolkits, and scalable systems that leverage automation and AI to increase efficiency and consistency across channels. Work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and marketing managers to ensure creative assets are delivered smoothly and consistently.
