JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for We are looking for a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating on the adaptation of the global strategy and developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Central America & Caribbean (C&C) market.
This position is based in Panama City, Panama and reports to Marketing Director
You will be travelling up to 25 % of your time to our customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

As Marketing Manager, you will:

• A proven track record in strategizing and executing Market Business Plans, leveraging comprehensive market intelligence to identify and prioritize key categories for growth.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating closely with Key Account Management (KAM) teams to devise and implement customer-specific marketing initiatives aligned with the overall growth strategy.
• Proficiency in providing strategic insights for new product requirements by discerning value chain needs in pivotal categories.
• Extensive experience in managing promotional investment programs for assigned customers, exhibiting a clear understanding of budget allocation and ROI assessment.
• As a consultant of business partner, involving in business strategy setting and drive for sustainable growth.
• Industrial analysis to have a helicopter view, identify opportunities for customers and drive for growth.
• Holistic suggestions to strategic customers, including branding strategy, omni-channel strategy and NPD directions.
• Explore new business opportunities with no boundary. Get inspiration across categories and industries and apply to existing business
• Industrial and value chain analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
• Work as a partner to assist in branding, trade marketing and new product development.
• Ensure strategic alignment with customers on category and product strategies
• Assist customers to set strategies for their products in Tetra Pak cartons, processing and services, seeking alignment between Tetra Pak Initiatives/strategies and customers’ strategies
• Identify market opportunities and convert into customers’ sales growth
• Execute marketing activities with customers and implement marketing support investment plan
• Play active role in specific customer requests / projects (Package design/Market research/Channel strategy/Target market identification/Product launch/ marketing planning for customers
