In this role, you will manage an established book of referral partners across employers, HR and benefits platforms, stock plan administrators, global mobility teams, and member-based organizations (associations, networks, and platforms). You will execute structured account plans, run QBRs, drive partner engagement, and activate growth initiatives while also expanding the channel through new partnerships. This role requires strong account management discipline, revenue ownership, and cross-functional execution to deliver consistent, scalable growth. As part of the compensation package, benefits are also offered for all full-time roles and part-time roles working a minimum of 24 hours a week.
