Identify market gaps, opportunities, and trends in Fintech. Maintain competitive battle cards for Sales teams. 🔹 Customer & Product Insights Gather insights from Sales, Support, and CS to understand customer pain points & use cases. Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and feedback loops for feature improvement. Build product storytelling through real customer success cases. 🔹 Sales Enablement Develop pitch decks, product demos scripts, comparison sheets, case studies, and ROI calculators.
