Job Description Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Junior International Execution Analyst para sumarse al equipo de Ejecución Internacional. Su misión será emitir la documentación y realizar el seguimiento logístico‑administrativo de embarques en contenedores, garantizando el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma y la coordinación con las áreas involucradas. Principales responsabilidades Emisión de documentos en los sistemas correspondientes y armado del expediente de exportación. Mantener al día posiciones de contratos y estado de cargas en el sistema SAP ingredientes. Coordinación de cargas y embarques con plantas y proveedores logísticos (forwarders, agencias, surveyors). Mantenimiento y custodia de archivos de documentación de exportación. Seguimiento de pagos a proveedores y control de facturas asociadas a la operación. Tramitación de certificados en general (según mercado/cliente) y coordinación integral de cargas. Envío de muestras y su correspondiente seguimiento. Seguimiento de embarques en tránsito y reporte de hitos, alertas e incidencias hasta el cierre de la operación. Actualización de sistemas/planillas para asegurar visibilidad del pipeline y trazabilidad documental. Asegurar cumplimiento contractual e Incoterms aplicables, minimizando demoras y riesgos operativos. Qualifications Para este rol, nos encontramos en búsqueda de estudiantes avanzados/as o recién egresados/as de Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o carreras afines con dominio de inglés avanzado. Conocimientos técnicos específicos: Manejo de herramientas informáticas (MS Office/Excel, sistemas de gestión). Normativa aduanera y procesos de comercio exterior. Incoterms y documentación de exportación. Experiencia laboral previa en logística/comercio exterior (deseable) Habilidades y competencias: Disposición para aprender y excelente atención a los detalles. Habilidades analíticas y resolución de problemas. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
