Le Deputy Station Manager Continental réalise des missions d’Adjoint Station Manager, mais également des missions de Station Controller Souhaitez-vous faire partie de ce voyage ? Nous cherchons quelqu’un pour DEPUTY STATION MANAGER Sous délégation du Station Manager : Garantir la veille sécurité, sûreté, service, de l’ensemble des agents pour s’assurer que les compétences et gestes métiers sont réalisés selon les standards requis. Représenter en cas d’absence le Station Manager afin de garantir une continuité des missions de base sur le périmètre (pilotage, organisation du travail, coordination avec les prestataires et les interlocuteurs Eurostar Continental) Participer aux différentes instances de niveau 1 avec nos partenaires externes (comités de site, quotidiennes de site, S+1 info voyageur,…) Participer à la gestion contractuelle en installant une dynamique de comité de site avec l’ensemble des contributeurs (SNCF, prestataires nettoyage, sureté, avitaillement…) Participer à la conception de fiches réflexes et d’ateliers de travail en vue d’améliorer la standardisation des pratiques entre les différents STATCO / Chefs de Quai. Contribuer à l’animation opérationnelle et la dynamique d’amélioration continue : Points 5’, Management Visuel, Analyses REX, Standardisation et formalisation de processus STATION CONTROLLER Suivre la production opérationnelle afin de permettre le respect du plan de transport et des standards de qualité de service. Définir en opérationnel les types d'embarquements pour chaque circulation au départ afin d'assurer un niveau de sécurité optimum Savoir animer des briefs quotidiens pour les agents, partenaires et prestataires, Définir en amont le planning de chaque agent afin de pouvoir répondre efficacement aux modifications du plan de transport. Utiliser l’outil StartOnTime (Destinations, nombre de passagers, PMR, groupes, …) afin de faciliter le suivi du plan de transport pour l’équipe quai et les prestataires. Réceptionner et relayer les informations provenant du Hub Officer (Supervision PNO), de l’OCC, de la Régie Gare SNCF, Poste 1GL, Landy afin d’informer les équipes Eurostar Continental / Prestataires des évolutions du plan de transport. Participer à la préparation des trains (Expédition, VAC, Manœuvre) afin d’assurer un appui à l’équipe quai. Veiller au respect des procédures et consignes des prestataires et remonter les éventuels dysfonctionnements afin d’assurer une qualité de service optimale. Coordonner l’information voyageur et participer à la prise en charge des clients en rupture de correspondance afin d’améliorer l’expérience et le parcours des clients.
