Requirements Requirements: Credentials: Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and Radiology Certification in Alaska, CPR/BLS certification. Access to Military Bases: Eligibility for base entry is required; a background check, criminal record check, and drug screening will be conducted. Availability: Weekends when you are available!
