Responsibilities Support customers in their Power Platform adoption journey. Provide architectural guidance and advice to proactively help customers avoid issues, while removing roadblocks when encountered. Help improve the platform by identifying product gaps and representing the voice of the customer within the Product team. Help scale the platform by regularly publishing whitepapers, blogs, best practice guidance, videos, and tools, to help others in the community learn from your expertise. Work closely with the Microsoft field sales, partners, CSS, services, operations, customer success teams to help drive overall success for the customer and Microsoft. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. Applicants must be comfortable with ambiguity and self-learners who are able to make decision and keep making progress with minimal guidance. Strong communication skills both oral and written. Candidates need to be equally comfortable having conversation with C-level execs, as they are with makers, developers, architects, partners, and sales teams.
