Description Job Summary: The Receptionist will provide administrative and general office support for CNY ON-RAMP. ON-RAMP is a workforce development training organization supported by CenterState CEO as part of a statewide initiative to train Central New York residents in advanced manufacturing, construction and adjacent industries. All Resumes should be submitted by Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned) Responsible for the front reception desk and serving as an ambassador for ON-RAMP. Responsible for answering phones. Provide clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Coordinate with team members at various levels to accomplish daily tasks. Open, scan and distribute mail. Coordinate resource logistics. Assist in the creation of program materials. Assist in coordination of events and activities. Coordinate building and maintenance vendors and issues. Monitor and order inventory building supplies. Coordinate daily trainee sign-in for programs. Receive and log delivery packages as needed.
