Architect complex automation workflows spanning multiple enterprise systems, including HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, Finance, and Banking, leveraging Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom integration layers. Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 and beyond, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party SaaS or on-premises systems using APIs, webhooks, and connectors. Develop reusable components, plugins, and SDKs to extend Copilot Agent capabilities across domains, ensuring interoperability and scalability. Implement advanced AI techniques such as prompt engineering, context orchestration, grounding, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance reasoning, personalization, and compliance in LLM-based solutions. Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate business use cases into functional AI agents. Test, debug, and optimize agent performance, reliability, and user experience. Support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI and automation solutions. Ensure security, governance, and compliance alignment when deploying AI agents in regulated sectors such as Banking and Public Sector environments. Champion innovation by exploring new AI orchestration frameworks, plugin architectures, and workflow automation approaches. Qualifications 5 to 9 years of professional experience in AI, automation, or enterprise application development. Proven experience building and deploying Copilot Agents or intelligent bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service. Atleast 3 years of Team Leadership and People Management. Strong understanding of LLM-based application design, conversational UX, and AI reasoning orchestration. Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure integration tools (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus). Experience working with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, data connectors, and enterprise integration patterns. Demonstrated ability to operate in multi-system enterprise environments across domains such as HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IT. Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript for backend development and automation scripting. Solid understanding of prompt engineering, context management, vector search, and RAG pipelines.
