• Lead fast-paced ad campaigns across AU & NZ, coordinating creative, media, and digital to hit deadlines and drive results.
• Use data to sharpen targeting, boost digital performance, and enhance the jetstar.com experience.
• 12 Month Fixed Term opportunity based in our Collingwood Head Office.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will manage the daily interaction with creative and media agencies in Australia and New Zealand to execute and report on sales campaigns. This is a ‘hands on’ position focusing primarily on the implementation of brand and sales advertising and covers many different types of marketing communications across a wide range of channels.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Marketing AU & NZ, your main accountabilities will include:

• Execution of campaign activity (retail/sales advertising) in AU & NZ to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate and deliver elements of ATL, BTL and Digital activity, ensuring that key deadlines are met, advertising is accurate and legal requirements are achieved.
• Work with internal Design and Digital teams to optimise the customer journey at jetstar.com from marketing activity.
• Analyse results to influence targeting, buying objectives and creative for Paid Digital and Social activity for flight sales campaigns, supporting the strategy of the Senior Manager, Marketing AU & NZ.
• Test/learn and implement ongoing effective flights promotion via SEM and Digital Display creative with relevant agencies.
• Maintain corporate and brand guidelines.
• Maintain reporting of campaign results and filing of assets.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar
• 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, in an agency or related industry working with digital channels
• Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and can multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated and able to deal with multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Ability to work under pressure
• A team contributor with the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent copywriting skills and creative flair
