ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN / RMN) to join our team in a well-respected Nursing Home setting in Eastington. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional nursing care and support to residents.
• Administer medication safely and in accordance with policies.
• Maintain accurate records and care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents’ wellbeing.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff to maintain excellent standards of care.
