Learn more at: www.envisionunlimited.org We are seeking a 1099 contract advanced practice nurse to provide telehealth psychiatric services in a Community Mental Health Center setting: Essential Duties: Conduct psychiatric evaluations (initial and comprehensive) and provide follow-up visits as clinically indicated Provide ongoing medication management, including prescribing and monitoring for efficacy, side effects, adherence, and safety Deliver psychoeducation to clients (and, when appropriate, families/supports) regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and self-management strategies Consult and collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team; provide clinical recommendations and help guide the overall course of treatment for clients This role involves 10–15 hours of monthly client engagement.
