Dayshift: 8:00am-4:00pm.   Earn: $32.00/Hour + Enhanced Pay Eligible (Additional $2/Hour, if opting in).   This is a community-based position requiring use of your own vehicle and valid driver's license.     The Visiting Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities and maintain their medical records to comply with current nursing practice and state regulation.   This position reports to the Health Services Supervisor and/or Assistant Health Services Supervisor.
