QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum 10 years in nursery management
Proven track record in overseeing contractor performance.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Expertise in plant propagation, irrigation systems, and pest management.
Familiarity with sustainability guidelines and environmental regulations.
Strong understanding of nursery logistics and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in monitoring contract adherence and quality assurance.

The role is primarily supervisory, ensuring that the operations contractor adheres to all contractual obligations, including production schedules, timelines, and quality control measures.
