Key responsibilities: Welcome & Assist: Greet students, faculty, and visitors professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. Clerical & Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and documentation to support smooth campus operations. Basic Tech Support: Provide basic assistance with computers, printers, and copiers; coordinate service calls as needed. Campus Presence: Help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the front desk and student lounge areas. Student & Faculty Support: Assist with day-to-day needs and deliver excellent customer service throughout your shift. Flexibility & Adaptability: Perform additional duties as assigned in support of campus activities and evening operations.
