Controlador(a) - Inventario Senior  Barrick se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Controlador(a) - Inventario Senior para unirse al equipo de Cadena de Suministro. Esta persona será responsable de liderar la función de planificación de la demanda para operaciones mineras, asegurando pronósticos precisos y la gestión estratégica de materiales MRO, repuestos críticos y consumibles operacionales. Este rol es responsable de integrar la planificación de la demanda con las estrategias de mantenimiento, los objetivos de producción y las capacidades de la cadena de suministro, con el fin de maximizar la disponibilidad de los equipos, minimizar el riesgo operativo y optimizar el capital de trabajo. Asimismo, es responsable de impulsar la mejora continua, la estandarización y la alineación transversal entre sitio y niveles corporativos. Funciones principales y/o responsabilidades: * Definir y optimizar continuamente las políticas de inventario (mínimos, máximos, stock de seguridad y puntos de reorden) en función de la variabilidad de la demanda, criticidad y niveles de servicio requeridos. * Liderar el proceso de planificación de la demanda para categorías críticas (ej.
