As an analyst you will have to monitor performance metrics, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to optimize inventory and service levels. Key Responsibilities Process Execution: Support the end-to-end S&OP cycle, including preparing pre-reads for demand, supply, and executive review meetings. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze historical sales, market trends, and inventory levels to identify risks, root causes of deviations, and forecast inaccuracies. System Maintenance: Utilize S&OP tools and ERP systems to manage SKU-channel forecasts and maintain data integrity. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) to reconcile demand plans with business goals. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting tasks (e.g., using Alteryx or UiPath) and enhance planning efficiency.
