About the Role:
We are seeking a Performance Engineer to support the ongoing operation and optimisation of our increasing BESS portfolio. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, hands-on with data, and comfortable using SQL and Python to extract insights, develop tools, and support performance management initiatives. This is an exciting role that sits at the intersection of engineering, data science, and operations. The Performance Engineer will be responsible for managing the performance of assets of the Company’s battery storage portfolio, from the Commercial Operations Date (COD) to End of Life ensuring all asset performance are successfully driven. The role will report to the Technical Asset Manager and will work closely with the commercial and execution teams.
