La figura supporterà il team nella gestione dei fornitori, nel monitoraggio delle scadenze e nell’organizzazione delle attività operative, assicurando il corretto flusso delle forniture e l’aggiornamento dei dati interni. Attività principali: Gestione dei contatti con i fornitori e monitoraggio delle consegne; Verifica della disponibilità di servizi o risorse e controllo delle scadenze operative; Inserimento e aggiornamento di ordini e richieste su software gestionale; Supporto nella preparazione della documentazione amministrativa e operativa; Collaborazione con i reparti commerciale e operativo per la pianificazione delle forniture; Controllo dei tempi di esecuzione e coordinamento con il team operativo.
