The facility will allow for the addition of the Qalibra CT machine and an upgrade to a newer nuclear scintigraphy machine; our Hallmarq MRI will move into the new facility. Ambulatory Technicians assist veterinarians during farm visits in a number of ways including but not limited to: handling horses, setting up veterinary equipment, managing truck inventory, preparing patients for procedures and billing. This position is well suited for someone with a background working in large equine barn settings, experience assisting veterinarians, or a licensed veterinary technician. We are happy to provide training for the right person; someone who has exceptional horsemanship and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will enjoy working closely with veterinarians, learning something new every day, and will have a passion for providing world class care for our patients and clients.
