Description
FUNCION PRINCIPAL: Realizar cambios de fixtures y ajustes necesarios durante el proceso de soldadura utilizando herramientas e instrumentos de medición especializados. Ejecutar el programa de mantenimiento preventivo asignado a las máquinas de soldadura, fixtures y otras máquinas del área de Welding. Asegurar que el ajuste (set-up) cumple con los criterios de calidad y seguridad establecidos FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: 1. Realizar cambios de fixtures, electrodos, guías y dispositivos electro-neumáticos a máquinas del área. Realizar ajustes al proceso cuando sea necesario para cumplir criterios de calidad, productividad y seguridad 2. Utilizar instrumentos de medición especializados para determinar los resultados de la operación de los equipos, asegurando la calidad del producto. 3. Utilizar información proveniente de planos, manuales, instrucciones de trabajo, etc. para la configuración y parámetros de operación de los equipos. 4. Documentar y dar seguimiento a reportes y/o informaciones necesarios para mantenimiento preventivo del área (TPM) 5. Asegurarse de que los equipos bajo su responsabilidad, cumplen con los estándares de seguridad y Lean establecidos. 6. Identificar y ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo o reemplazo de los fixtures, electrodos y las maquinas asignadas. 7. Realizar las tareas/responsabilidades de Mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo a los componentes neumáticos, puntos de contacto, drenaje de la máquina, holders y guardas de seguridad. 8. Realizar análisis de fallas del equipo y su reparación enfocada en los insumos del equipo (energía, aire, agua), dispositivos de regulación y distribución (válvulas, filtros, mangueras, sensores) y electromecánicos a partir del secundario del transformador (holders, placas, cilindros, etc) 9. Completar las solicitudes de servicio asignadas (service request) según Faciliworks. 10. Aplicar procedimiento de bloqueo y etiquetado (Lock out-Tag out, LOTO) en todos los procesos que requieran durante la reparación de las maquinarias.. NOTA: No aplica trabajo parcialmente energizado. 2.1 - Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS): 1. Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. 2. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. 3. 4. El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de las funciones. ▪ Nivel de Escolaridad en áreas Mecánica/Electrónica/Eléctrica: o Graduado Técnico Vocacional** ó o Graduado Técnico Sistema Dual ó o Bachiller Técnico Profesional. ▪ Conocimientos básicos de Ingles ▪ Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office: Excel, Word. ▪ Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año como Set up de Welding o ajustes de máquinas de procesos industriales. (**) Técnico Vocacional de una de las siguientes modalidades: Estudios Técnico vocacionales de institución reconocida con 250+ horas acumuladas, incluidas pero no limitadas a: Auxiliar de mantenimiento, Mantenimiento de máquinas industriales, Neumática, Hidráulica.
