The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions that support accurate and timely payroll processing. Ultimately, this position drives innovation in payroll technology to support scalable and secure payroll operations across the United States. Minimum Qualifications: * Proven expertise in integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and payroll software platforms. * Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and data security standards in the United States. * Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple business units.
