The Manufacturing Associate collaborates directly with the team coordinator and department manager to produce quality processes that meets or exceeds IPC standards. What you’ll do: Prepare circuit boards for the coating process Manually apply conformal coating to circuit boards with an HVLP spray gun. Apply adhesives to circuit boards Able to work with chemicals Inspect and quality check work to ensure that products meet all customer and regulatory requirements Communicate quality issues to the appropriate team and manager as needed Contribute to a positive team working environment and maintain a clean, organized area. OTHER DUTIES Willingness to assist in other departments as needed. Participate in controlled process improvement projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
