The successful candidate for this role will need to be a pro-active “team player” who is conscientious and hard-working who actively plays their part in continuing to make Falmouth University a great place to work. Alongside these core qualities, you’ll have experience in robotics, electrical engineering and embedded development, alongside strong technical and IT skills. Previous experience of working with an education environment would also be desirable.

We’re now seeking a part-time Robotics Technician to join the fast growing team at Falmouth University’s Games Academy. This is a pivotal role in the department, providing direct support to students and staff, alongside supporting curriculum delivery, and both supporting access to and maintaining the range of facilities and equipment within the department.
You will primarily be working with the BSc(Hons) Robotics course, and contribute to the daily operation of The Games Academy’s robotics lab facility.
