You will engage with several healthcare facilities, providing support and training that align with clinical documentation integrity programs. This position not only promotes your professional growth but also ensures that our healthcare systems are equipped with the best possible tools and resources. \n Accountabilities Validate and apply software modules related to coding and training. Collaborate with coding and clinical team members as well as external clients, including content creation. Assist in presenting clinical and coding concepts to hospitals and organizations. Implement and support Clinical Documentation Integrity programs in various facilities. Lead audits of medical record coding, documentation, compliance, and DRG assignment. Ensure adherence to professional, quality, and security standards in line with corporate policies. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or higher with verification before start AND seven (7) years as a Registered Nurse with inpatient acute care experience and five (5) years of acute care CDI experience. High School Diploma/GED with eleven (11) years of experience as an inpatient acute care coding professional with CDI experience. RHIT, CCDS, CDIP, OR CCS certification with five (5) years of clinical coding experience or CDI experience. Ability to travel up to 50%.
