Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner to internal and external customers, and patrons. Maintain a positive, fun, engaging atmosphere for all children attending Kid Zone Maintain a 1:6 ratio at all times Must be proficient at communicating internally and externally via email, phone, and in-person to supervisors, co-workers, participants, parents, volunteers, and other community members.
