The QA Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal standards. This role oversees all quality assurance and quality control activities, manages compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and drives continuous improvement across operations.

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP, cGMP, ISO, HACCP depending on industry).
• Oversee raw material inspection, in-process checks, finished product testing, and release procedures.
• Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs.
• Lead internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and customer audits.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
• Manage product specifications, testing protocols, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) review.
• Partner with operations, R&D, and supply chain to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout production.
• Develop corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans and monitor effectiveness.
• Train warehouse and production staff on SOPs and Policies as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
