In Indonesia, MFM is one of the shareholders in PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia, along with Toyota Tsusho Group (Japan) and PT FKS Food and Ingredients (Indonesia). MFM ventured into the poultry feed business in 1983 and since then has expanded considerably across the poultry value chain in breeding, farming and processing, to become one of the leading poultry integrators in Malaysia. In November 2019, MFM commissioned a new state-of-the-art poultry processing plant with a processing capacity of up to 280,000 birds per day. MFM’s group revenues in FY19 were RM2.7 billion. Job Description Job Purpose Responsible for providing office services at Headquarter Office which include housekeeping services, tea-lady services in the highest standard of service level. Job Responsibilities 1. Conduct cleaning and general housekeeping in accordance with KPIs in a timely manner. Maintain Cleanliness of Coffee Machine and Water Dispenser. Replenish tea powder, coffee powder & coffee bean as and when required Clean up used coffee ground as and when required. Refill water to Boncafe coffee machine as and when required. Manage and maintain pantry’s utensils in good condition for durable usage. 2. Prepare and serve drinks to Senior Management Team, guests and visitors Prepares and serves drinks to Senior Management Team / guests / visitors. Collect and wash cups / glasses for senior management team and above. Purchase and prepare meals for Group Managing Director, Senior Management Team, Guest & Visitor. 3. Check inventory level of beverages and pantry items and inform relevant personnel for replenishment. Responsible to ensure that pantry stock is sufficient. Responsible for handling monthly stock-take on pantry stock. Inform Immediate Supervisor for purchasing of pantry stocks i.e., coffee, milk, sugar, tea, paper cups, mineral water etc. Responsible to replenish first aid kit items on the monthly basis. 4. Responsible to maintain relevant records and documentation in an organised manner. 5. Responsible for keeping pantry area in a clean and orderly condition. 6. Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time. Qualifications - PMR / SPM - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in cleaning industry.
