ParaMed Home Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the key HR contact, offering guidance and solutions to business leaders within a specific region while supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the HR team to deliver a comprehensive range of HR services to their assigned client groups, covering areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, HR policy, and metrics/reporting.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement. In-office duties will predominantly center around visits to district offices and meetings at our Head Office located in Markham, Ontario.
