Description

QUALIFICATIONS:-

  • Ideally around 5+ years experience in a Developer role with proven experience in one or more of the following technologies C# ASP.NET Web API, JQuery, JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS
  • Hands-on experience in cloud-based development is essential including D365 IOM, Power Platform, MS Flow (Power Automate), Azure DevOps (VSTS)
  • Familiar with how to configure, develop, test, and support IOM flows and integrations, especially in combination with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience in MS Power BI, MS Logic Apps, API Management, Web App Development, middleware technologies REST, SOAP and Web Jobs is beneficial
  • Solid Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Product Lifecycle Management experience
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure their development requirements are being met and any issues are communicated with effectively
  • Experience in the application of Software Quality Principles and Risk Management
  • Experience working in an Agile project methodology
  • Experience in working in a continuous delivery environment and exposure to CI/CD processes

ROLE: SENIOR DEVELOPER – MICROSOFT POWER PLATFORM / D365 IOM (HYBRID)

Location – Laverton, Victoria 3028, Australia (Melbourne’s western area)
Salary budget: Approx. AUD$12.5K per month

Key Areas of Focus - Assist with the development, functional and performance testing of Intelligent Order Management (IOM) and other Power Apps solutions
End client Industry: Australian wholesale distribution and marketing company, primarily serving independent retailers in food, groceries, liquor, and hardware products.

RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Participate in design / development / test / support activities to deliver prioritized requests
  • Hands on coding and delivering of assigned tasks
  • Assist Technical manager in the management of Code, Dev Environments, Builds and Deployments
  • Ensure prioritized work items are being developed and tested in accordance with the acceptance criteria
  • Developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to understand stakeholder pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
  • Installation and configuration of data gateways.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining power platforms.
  • Developing software that controls the power platforms, monitors their performance, and transmits data to external systems.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to develop, test, and deploy applications on the Power Platform.
  • Working with the business users to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Act as a product / solution evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the platform
