Description This is a full-time, direct placement role at Eberhard Southwest Roofing. Organizational Level: Reports directly to Vice President. Works collectively with superintendents and office staff. Job Performance: Must have thorough product knowledge and understanding of specification reading. Conducts online drawing take-offs (blue prints) as well as field take offs (for reroof projects), creates estimates, write proposals and bids. Responsible for accuracy and management of projects to attain cost and profitability goals. Responsible for successful completion of the project, not just for sales. Works directly with customers and field supers in the execution of the project. Must have great communication skills. Represents company at sales functions and public relations opportunities. Working Conditions: Mostly office environment but will also perform field visits to jobsites as needed. May attend weekly subcontractor meetings with GC’s at jobsites Requirements Knowledge, skill, and ability in sales, estimating, and project management principles, project accounting, roofing industry knowledge, and people skills. Degree is not required, but some college level training is preferred. Knowledge of office software including excel, word, blue beam and adobe acrobat.
