Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Establish, track, and manage project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines. Organize and coordinate resources across departments to ensure optimal project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement timely solutions. 2. Cross-Functional Team Management Lead and motivate diverse teams, including product development,engineering, supply chain, marketing, and sales. Facilitate clear and effective communication among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders. Proactively resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum and alignment. 3. Risk Management Identify potential risks that could impact timelines, budgets, or quality. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks. Continuously monitor and adjust risk management plans as needed. 4. Communication & Reporting Provide regular updates on project status, performance metrics, and potential issues. Prepare and deliver project reports, including budget updates and risk assessments. Present project information effectively to executive leadership and other stakeholders. 5. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and tools. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
