Principal Accountabilities: • The Project Manager will operate within the Healthcare Department to oversee and implement projects that span various business objectives, including WiFi assessments and installations, application migrations/upgrades, and device deployments (e.g., laptops, desktops, printers, Wow/Jaco carts, etc.) • Responsible for estimating project resources, timelines, and costs, while also maintaining project financials (estimated, actual, and forecasted) for internal resources. • Oversees assigned IT projects to ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and scope. • Manages monthly billing for all completed projects. • Develops and executes project communication plans, providing status updates to relevant staff and stakeholders. • Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as necessary to create project status reports. • Conducts retrospectives and performance evaluations in a timely and constructive manner. • Cultivates business relationships and promotes a positive, collaborative work environment. • Delegates tasks to and collaborates with the project team to effectively carry out assignments. • Complies with company governance, policies, and security controls, managing projects to meet these standards Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management using leading project delivery methodologies • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Manage multiple projects and tasks day-to-day • PMP certified, or Agile equivalent is preferred but not required • Advanced MS O365 skills required, MS Project and MS Project Online a plus • Strong business analysis, meeting facilitation, project and time management skills, relationship management, and negotiation skills • Proven cross-functional experience within IT and Business from end users to SMEs Additional Experience to note: o Healthcare IT management or Desktop experience is a plus o Experience with ServiceNow and ITAM/Hampro is a plus Personal Attributes: • Collaborative leader and motivator • Team-oriented, supports operational and digital transformation • Excellent communication skills written and verbal • Driven and committed to see activities to completion • High performer in stressful, ambiguous, or demanding situations • Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies • Comfortable working within a maturing organization • Passionate about environmental sustainability • Bilingual or multilingual a plus Compensation · $47,000-$55,000 based on experience and qualifications · Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance · 401(k) retirement plan · Life Insurance · 16 days of PTO and 10 Paid Holidays · Lunch is provided every Friday.
