Job Description Role Overview As part of the Quadient Parcel Lockers Division, the Service Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the lifecycle of locker installations and services. This role supports both internal teams and external partners, with a strong focus on technical configuration, asset coordination, and service validation. Key Responsibilities Locker Configuration: Configure locker machines within the designated software platforms, ensuring correct setup and operational readiness. Asset Management & Coordination: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to order necessary assets and manage the full lifecycle of each installation project from order placement to final delivery. Service Documentation Validation: Review and validate technical reports submitted by service providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards. Provider & Contract Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal teams and external customers. Manage execution of service contracts for hardware/software products, including creation, amendment, and cancellation. Update customers, hosts and providers details (e.g., name, address, billing info) and validate new account creation requests. System Accuracy & Recurring Revenue: Maintain asset accuracy in core systems throughout the customer lifecycle. Support SLA, KPI tracking and operational excellence standards observation Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in technical configuration or systems setup.
