Lead the end-to-end execution of ESS projects from project handover through commissioning and final acceptance. Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are achieved. Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning while driving proactive issue resolution. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with local regulations, contractual requirements, and health and safety standards.
