In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing-related projects including equipment installations, process improvements, plant expansions, and NPI initiatives * Develop detailed project plans and corp. level presentations including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables * Ensure alignment with plant production schedules and operational constraints * Drive adherence to stage-gate or structured project management processes * Apply Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput * Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process optimization initiatives * Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions * Track and report measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and safety (CQDS) * Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and EHS teams * Ensure seamless integration of projects into daily plant operations * Coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites (U.S. and Mexico) * Support standardization of processes and best practice sharing across locations * Identify and mitigate project risks impacting production, safety, or quality * Ensure all projects comply with OSHA (U.S.), NOM (Mexico), and company EHS standards * Promote a strong safety-first culture in all project activities * Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective/preventive actions * Develop and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets * Track project costs, ROI, and financial performance * Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of resources * Support business case development and post-implementation reviews * Act as primary liaison between plant leadership and project teams * Provide clear, data-driven project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership * Manage expectations across diverse, cross-cultural teams * Facilitate project reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation management   Who You Are: You ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations. You maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully.  You steer through the organizational maze to get things done.  You stage activities with relevant milestones and schedules.
