This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the successful execution and operational implementation of client programs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The CPS Project Manager will oversee complex program implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams spanning pharmacy operations, patient support services, technology, and client services. This position is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with both internal capacity and client expectations. You will manage program launches, enhancements, and closeouts while maintaining stakeholder communication and risk mitigation strategies. Accountabilities: Lead new client program implementations and service expansions, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget. Maintain compliance with operating procedures (SOPs) during project execution. Develop and maintain presentations, action plans, timelines, risk tracking, and issue logs using standardized templates.
