She/he is responsible to coordinate all the tasks with the plant finance teams in close collaboration with the central ERP teams.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team. Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate.     REQUIRED SKILLS: Proven experience leading SAP Finance projects and ERP implementations (5+ full cycles). Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO and understanding of integration with key modules (SD, WM, PP, MM). Strong grasp of financial controls, accounting and ERP project methodology. Minimum 5 years of experience managing direct and indirect resources and cross-functional teams. Solid project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation. Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to adapt to technical and business audiences. Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
