Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to contract requirements Schedule and attend project discussions/meetings per project requirements Cost control to ensure meeting project budget provision. Manage change request and seek opportunity to improve project sales/revenue Attend project issues, work with factories / FAE to develop resolution/strategy for resolving issues effectively Support contract administration works (raising purchase request, provide sales forecast, tracking billing milestone, O&M submission) Work with Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time Manage sub-contractors / service partners work schedule and quality of work. Populate and contribute the content of EA PMO portal to ensure it is a relevant to regional PM needs. Promote and conduct ethical behavior with customers and sub-contractors/service partners. a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS c.
