In this role, you will support day‑to‑day registration and administrative activities for real estate and city management operations, ensuring that all documentation, transactions, and stakeholder interactions are handled efficiently and accurately. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate with the registration team and provide effective administrative support for daily operations. Process and complete registration transactions for lands and units in a timely and accurate manner. Handle the full cycle of lease registration, including preparation, submission, and follow‑up. Process and administer sales and resale registration agreements in line with applicable procedures and regulations. Archive and maintain SPA contracts, title deeds, and other critical records in an organized and secure manner. Perform general administrative tasks such as processing expenses, gathering data, preparing and printing documents, and scheduling meetings. Follow up with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of registration and related activities. Prepare basic reports, trackers, and summaries related to registration status and administrative activities.
