Process and complete registration transactions for lands and units in a timely and accurate manner. Handle the full cycle of lease registration, including preparation, submission, and follow‑up. Process and administer sales and resale registration agreements in line with applicable procedures and regulations. Archive and maintain SPA contracts, title deeds, and other critical records in an organized and secure manner.
