QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma or equivalent.

SUMMARY

This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to lift items weighing up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse and greenhouse environment with fluctuating temperatures and humidity. You will also need to walk on various surfaces, including concrete and loose stone, and navigate around irrigation pipes.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the supervisory team to manage and prepare daily customer orders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing customer orders and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.
• Assisting with the gathering and preparation of products for packing and shipping.
• Ensuring your team has the necessary materials to pack orders efficiently.
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the picking process.
